I am Antonio Alessandro, the visionary founder of SONAURA HEALING. I was born an introverted, thoughtful soul, spending my childhood immersed in a world of vivid fantasies and idealized visions.
At the age of 14, I discovered the transformative power of music—particularly through the electric guitar—and from that moment on, music has been an inseparable companion on my journey.
Grounded in a solid scientific foundation with studies in biology and enriched by a fulfilling career in technology, I found that the fusion of science and music swiftly, decisively, and almost magically draws me towards a realm of frequencies that reveal the invisible. This encounter with the unseen sparked a relentless passion; I have since devoured books and pursued further specializations in meditative instruments, meditation, mindfulness, and energy rebalancing.
Today, I stand at the beginning of something monumental—an endeavor that feels like my profound connection to the universe and every living and non-living entity within it.

I am Julia Zimmermann, a devoted instructor of yoga and energy disciplines at SONAURA HEALING. My professional journey began with dance—a passion I embraced from the tender age of three. This early connection to movement and well-being naturally paved the way for a career that intertwines yoga, fitness, and physiotherapy.
After earning my degree in physiotherapy, I delved even deeper into the study of healing arts. I expanded my expertise through specialized training in Austria, Germany, India, and Italy.
During this enriching period, I mastered techniques such as Stecco’s fascial manipulation, Hatha Yoga, and various methods for restoring energetic balance. I also learned the art of harmonic vocalizations for chakra cleansing, honed my skills in David Grey’s sports rehabilitation methodology, and explored holistic healing practices like acupressure.
This diverse and comprehensive education continues to inspire my work, as I strive to guide others toward a harmonious integration of body, mind, and spirit.
